Origins:

Its small flowers growing around the Mediterranean, were known in the United States and England in the nineteenth century as “everlasting” flowers. The yellow immortelle flowers shine with golden light during the flowering season under the summer sun.

  • It is typically prepared by brewing the tea in hot water (not above 180 degrees), cover and let it steep for 5 minutes.

    For liver and gallbladder detoxification, it should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or before bedtime, at least 2 hours after eating food.
