Step into the stillness of the Winter Solstice, the sacred pause of the year when the outer world grows quiet and the inner truth becomes easier to hear.

This is not a night of fixing yourself or becoming someone new, but a moment to slow down, exhale, and honestly meet what your body and life have been trying to communicate. The Solstice invites us to lay down old identities formed through survival, listen to the signals beneath exhaustion and overwhelm, and return to the parts of ourselves that were never broken, only unheard.

Join us for an intimate evening of embodied reflection, nervous-system grounding, and deep self-listening. Through breath, guided writing, sound, and community, we will explore what is no longer working, understand the patterns that once protected us, and begin reclaiming our power by listening instead of judging.
