THE SPIRAL

This workshop is created for those who feel called to learn to express their creativity through connecting to the higher intelligence for guidance, to express their real essence, or simply just play. 

First, through meditative practice we will bring awareness to our sacral chakra and learn a simple exercise on how to move out the blocks so we can reconnect to our inner wisdom to bring forth the expression of your creativity in its true form. This part is performed blindfolded to give you the ability to feel more rather than to think. The second part we can actually paint and express our creativity with much deeper trust and playfulness.
