Journey Back To Self Retreat

This event was created for those who are called to sink into reflection and a deep understanding of our ancestral roots.  To awaken the knowledge of the programming that has been passed on through generations, and dive into the healing of our roots to bring guidance and clarity on our journey back to self. 

Our gathering will include:

- Welcome and Settling In (juice, tea, light organic spread)

- Opening Circle (introductions, agenda, intentions)

- Energy Movement and Recapitulation (rewriting your believes through guided breath and movement)

- Wellness Hours (optional: pool, lounging, meditation, journaling, infrared sauna, birch whisk and sacred plants bath cleansing, tobacco prayer)

- 20 minutes Intuitive massage sessions (optional)

-  Yoga, Guided Meditation and Sound Bath (to settle the mind and body in preparation for ceremony)

- Plant Medicine Ceremony 

- Dinner (light organic spread)

- Breakfast 

- Closing Circle (after ceremony care offerings discussed)

PLEASE NOTE: Registration will close by August 10th and does not guarantee participation in the ceremony. A pre-assessment 1:1 session with Natalia (included in entry fee), as well as completion of our medical questionnaire is required two weeks prior to the retreat. These are mandatory for entry.
