About the event
As the season changes, the Autumn Equinox gives us a natural moment to pause.
It is a time to look back at the seeds we planted earlier this year—what grew, what changed, and what is still taking shape. Not everything happens as we imagined. Some things ripen. Some fall away. Some ask to be carried forward differently.
We will gather around a shared table, drink cacao, meditate, and reflect on where we are now. From that place, each person will create an intentional necklace using stones, shells, and wooden beads, a personal reminder of what this year has brought forward and who we are becoming as we enter the next season.

Cacao & Meditation – A grounding practice to slow down, connect with the body, and listen inward.
